Dance Movement Therapy (Working with Children)

Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) is a form of creative arts therapy that supports the process of integration within a person in respect of their cognitive, emotional and physical health.

Using movements, observations and psychotherapeutic skills, the dance therapist supports participants to express, associate and find meanings for their personal growth or working towards change.
