Bringing Health To The Seniors (Social and Emotional Wellness)

Testimonials

  • Yes, it was an excellent time to really reflect, realign, refresh, resolve and reconnect! It brought me back to reflect my journey as a counsellor. I would like to be more intentional in attending to my soul and employing the spiritual disciplines which is also part of pruning to our soul. Thankful to be reminded of forgiveness in the resolve session.

  • The part where Susan share about forgiveness was very useful. It is good that we have this quiet time to think about how to forgive and how we let go and move on. It is an appropriate time for me to clear up our soul.

  • Importance of soul care - a good reminder that we need to tend and guard regularly so that we can prevent ourselves from having a hardened/shallow/cluttered heart and working towards a healthy heart. The individual consultation session was very helpful for me too - to be able to share and request for prayer support.
