INTRODUCTION
In the recent years, there have been an increasing number of courses that specialises in preparing and training individuals to be professional and para-professional people helpers, especially in the area of counselling. However, case management has been a missing component in a number of these courses.
The benefits of case management could be applied to various settings, for example social service agencies, community organisations, educational institutions, religious organisations. As such, the skills of case management can serve to promote the multi-prong approach to people helping.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Beginning (less than 3 years experience) social workers, counsellors, school counsellors, teacher counsellors, administrators in social work agencies, counsellors in training, religious leaders.
AWARD
Participants who meet 80% class attendance will be awarded a Certificate of Accomplishment by the Academy of Human Development.
