Introduction
DiSC® is a personal personality assessment tool used to help one better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours with others. It is widely used in work setting to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioural differences. During the course, participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire and discover their personality type and behaviour.

Participants who meet 80% class attendance will be awarded a Certificate of Accomplishment by the Academy of Human Development.
